Great location at reasonable price.
The staff needs to improve their English skills. They are nothing close to be able to keep a short basic conversation.
The free shuttle service and the room amenities.

It was nice! The location is very convenient !
Very simple the room , but clean
For family I would like to stay in a residential style hotel, cos there is bigger fridge, utensils and washing machine
I like the location and shuttle bus pick up st Kyoto station which is really helpful when you have luggages. Also the breakfast is good

Great hotel, close to the Shinkansen train station
Friendly and competent staff. Nice ambience and hospitality. I stayed in the hotel during the 2018 Osaka earthquake and the staff was just great.

Great and convenient and great value
Not a pretty location
We were not happy with our first room and they changed us to another that was perfect.
We needed to print out documents and scan and email them and they helped with everything. Super helpful.

Internet access is a quite challenge since it drops every 5 seconds first 2 minutes. The speed is good.
We liked the hotel. My options for. Real fast and dinner. It is walking distance to the Kyoto station even a shuttle bus is provided every 15 minutes.

We asked for some milk to have with the tea as was intolerant to creamer but wasn’t told before hand that there would be an extra charge to it.
The room was spacious and very comfortable especially after plenty of walking around the city!

Great breakfast. The hotel is about 8 min walking from Kyoto station. They also have a free shuttle bus to the station.

The location. Near Kyoto station the view is not....very impressive(railpass and train)
